Who has not heard the glad chorus of the birds announcing the dawn of a new day? These little creatures are harbingers, which means; "announce beforehand, one that goes ahead to announce another coming.”  The Lord has called us as “harbingers of the New Day” in God. The Church Age is passing away and the Lord is bringing us into the ways of His kingdom. These are the precious things we have to share with those who are hungry to know the Lord more intimately.

We have sent out our monthly newsletter, The Gospel Of The Kingdom, for over 30 years and have been in the school of the Spirit for a longer time than that, so what we have received of Him we gladly share with you. We teach that there is another Feast beyond Pentecost - namely The Feast of Tabernacles where we shall walk in the fullness of the Spirit of God.

We made a covenant when we started writing that we would never beg for funds. If the funds dried up we would simply cease our ministry. We offer all our materials free of charge so that no one is ever refused for lack of funds. Our desire is that those who are able to help will do so and those who cannot would pray for us. Much material is sent to third-world countries where the saints are unable to help. We appreciate so much those who are co-laborers with us in this ministry.

AUGUST 2010

Elaine Cook has suffered what appeared to be a stroke and was taken by ambulance to the Cranbrook Hospital for tests. A day later she returned to the Creston Hospital for care. To complicate matters the medical team found a brain tumor. Investigation is ongoing.

Due to Elaine's condition, her speech is limited, she is enjoying her heavenly language. The Lord has apprended her - "caught her up in midstride of running". She is more aware of the heavenly realm than the earthly. It appears that she is in transition. Whether the Lord takes her home or brings her back to us - this is unknown. We do know Jesus has everything under His control and there is great peace and joy in Elaine's presence. Please pray for God's continued will to be accomplished in this situation.

Because of this time of transition, the ministry is being put on hold.

Dear Brethren in Christ,

A number of us felt led to come to Creston this weekend and we want to give an update on the physical and spiritual situation regarding Elaine. Physically there is marked improvement. There are more recognizable words of English before tongues or words get mixed.

On our first night with her at the hospital while in prayer we heard "You have not been this way before." In a vision angels were seen standing about her guarding her, awaiting the command of the Lord. They are standing by her, taking care of her and the heavenly joy is great in her presence. Elaine is definitely in a place of special joy. The angels are waiting the command of the Lord. Whether the command is to continue a journey home; (there are times when the Lord's desire is for us not to be apart from Him any longer.) At times when His love can not bear to be apart and He takes us to our heavenly home prepared for us. Or the command can be to return her to us. The command has not been given and whatever it is we will REJOICE.

While in prayer for Elaine at the house, another picture seen was that she is halfway through this door with beautiful, powerful light streaming through. What is she seeing? What can she see? This picture had two pieces- one was of the ministry awaiting through the door, the ministry to the generations waiting to hear the words of life and to be set free. The other part of the picture was for the newsletter ministry, it sheds the Light of the Lord to many peoples.

At this time, the newsletter for September was started by Elaine and we feel to finish it for this month. As to what the next step is after that, we do not know. The same email address will be used, which will be answered by a few of us (many hands make light work). Requests for materials at this time will be on hold.

This came in email this morning "As we were praising & worshiping the Lord this morning, we sang a song by Bob & Charlotte Torango that reminded me so much of Elaine and where she is now.

There's a man standing on the river, he's proclaiming life unto both sides
He is dressed in garments made of linen, for he's a Priest of Christ, the Most High
Both banks of the river are rejoicing as they hear the resurrection sound
Each side's receiving their new body as heaven and earth meet together on higher ground"

Elaine is still in the Creston Hospital awaiting a transfer to the Kelowna Hospital. There she will receive rehabilitation speech therapy. There is peace and stability in her present condition. The Father says this situation is of His doing. Therefore, we wait for Him to show the next steps. Occasionaly, Elaine does speak out in a whole sentence. She did the other day after prayer. The hospital has stated they are unable to deal with all the calls coming in requesting information on her condition. Please continue to uphold both Bill and Elaine in prayer.
